How orders are fulfilled and by whom, for verification by logistics and compliance auditors.

Model

xCtra GlobeCo sells through marketplace fulfilment programmes — Amazon and Flipkart in India, Amazon and noon in the UAE. Stock is consigned into each platform’s network and the platform holds and dispatches it. The company does not own or operate warehouses, is not itself a 3PL, and holds no contracted 3PL capacity at present.

Dispatch

Orders are picked, packed and shipped by the platform whose programme holds the stock, which produces the shipping documentation and returns a tracking reference. The integration carrying order and stock data is commercially confidential and is described to auditors on request.

Inventory

Stock positions are reconciled at SKU level against each fulfilment centre, so availability shown on each channel reflects allocatable stock. Units consigned into a platform’s network are no longer available to any other channel.

Traceability

Each dispatch carries an order reference, a facility reference and a tracking reference, retained for audit.

Where the records sit

Because both markets are served through marketplace fulfilment programmes, inventory and dispatch records for those orders sit with the platform rather than with xCtra GlobeCo. An auditor requesting dispatch evidence is directed to the relevant platform through the compliance contact.

Auditor access

Dispatch logs, integration certificates and carrier SLA records are available to accredited auditors on request via the compliance contact. Service levels are governed by each platform’s fulfilment programme terms. Registration and tax identifiers are withheld from the public site by policy and are provided on the same request.
