Dispatch

Marketplace orders are picked and dispatched by that platform from stock already consigned to it, under its own cut-off and service terms.

Tracking

A tracking reference is returned by the fulfilling platform and shown against the order.

Duties

India domestic shipments carry no additional duty. Orders placed on a marketplace are governed by that platform’s own shipping and duty terms.

Undeliverable parcels

Returned to the originating fulfilment centre after three delivery attempts.
